The main festival locations of the 2012 ReelWorld Film Festival are Cineplex Odeon Sheppard Cinemas and Famous Players Canada Square Cinemas.
Cineplex Odeon Sheppard Cinemas will serve as the venue of the Opening and Closing Night Gala Screenings. The cinema is located at 4861 Yonge Street, just off the Eglinton Subway Station at the northeast corner of Sheppard Avenue and Yonge Street. There is a parking garage off Doris Avenue, one block east of Yonge, north of Sheppard Avenue and south of Greenfield Avenue.
Famous Players Canada Square Cinemas will host all regular screenings, Industry Series and the ReelWorld Box Office. The cinema is located at 2190 Yonge Street, just off the Eglinton Subway Station at the southwest corner of Eglinton Avenue and Yonge Street. There is a parking lot located off Berwick Avenue, two lights south of Eglinton on Yonge Street.
