In Golden Delicious, we follow the coming of age story of a teen named Jake. From the outside, Jake is atypical highshool senior– but bubbling under the surface is a closeted boy shapeshifting to be what everyone else wants him to be. In this incredibly relatable story, Karman shows us that doing the “right” thing is not always the right thing, and that true happiness is found by being brave enough to be our authentic selves.
