Reelworld Ally Award Luncheon · April 10

Stand With Us. Be an Ally.

The Reelworld Ally Award, presented by the Reelworld Foundation, recognizes leaders whose actions—not just words—advance equity, diversity, inclusion, and access (EDIA) across the screen sector.

Our Annual Reelworld Ally Award Luncheon invites industry leaders, creators, and allies to come together to celebrate leadership that drives real change in Canada’s screen industries. Last year, we proudly honoured Reynolds Mastin, President & CEO of the Canadian Media Producers Association, as the 2026 recipient of the Reelworld Ally Award. Our inaugural 2025 Reelworld Ally Award was Valerie Creighton, C.M., S.O.M., President and CEO of the Canada Media Fund.

Why This Moment Matters

The Reelworld Ally Award, presented by the Reelworld Foundation, recognizes leaders whose actions—not just words—advance equity, diversity, inclusion, and access (EDIA) across the screen sector.
