Synopsis
Hassan is a young airport customs officer who must secure an advance on his salary to afford his mother’s medication. On this day, he deals with various passengers at the busy airport all with different situations. As the dark side of his job becomes more clear, Hassan must decide what matters to him the most, and what cost he is willing to pay.
About the Director
Tara Aghdashloo is an award-winning writer, director, multidisciplinary artist and poet born in Iran. She is a published author who worked as an essayist and journalist before transitioning to film. Her shorts have been commissioned by BFI Network, Canada Council of the Arts, BBC, Ontario Arts Council, and Toronto Arts Council among others, and she's working on her debut narrative feature with Caspian Films.
