About the Director
Atefeh Khademolreza is an award-winning Iranian-Canadian filmmaker and animator. Mentored by Abbas Kiarostami, she holds an MFA from York University. Her film Meteor premiered at TIFF 2023 and became a Vimeo Staff Pick. She is an alumna of Reelworld E20, Berlinale Talents, TIFF's Micki Moore Residency, and Netflix-BANFF.
