About the Director
Justin F. Lee is a filmmaker, playwright, and sailor with a BFA in Theatre from the University of Victoria. He associate-produced Mongrels (VIFF,DGC Horizon Award) and the short film SO-RI (VAFF 2023 Mighty Asian Moviemaking Marathon). Knots, is his writing and directorial debut, inspired by his time crewing tall ships in the Maritimes and Washington State.
