About the Director

Jenny Lee-Gilmore is a Vancouver-based actor and filmmaker who began as a producer’s and director’s assistant on projects for Netflix, Apple, Lionsgate and Disney. Her debut short Breakaway was a CBC Short Film Face Off top nine selection, followed by acclaimed documentaries Overtime (Telus Originals) and Little Miss Sleepy (CBC). An alumna of multiple labs, she received the 2024 WIDC Advantage Award.
