Aleksandra is the Senior Director of International Distribution & Business Operations at Blue Ant Media, where she oversees international distribution operations, rights management, and content delivery to broadcasters and streaming platforms worldwide.

Prior to joining Blue Ant Media, Aleksandra held sales executive positions at some of Eastern Europe’s largest theatrical and television distribution companies, developing extensive experience in international content sales, licensing, and business development.

Combining commercial expertise with operational leadership, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the global content distribution landscape, from deal negotiation to execution. Her work focuses on strengthening international partnerships, optimizing distribution strategies, and developing efficient operational frameworks that support global content exploitation.
