Jenn

Jenn Paul (she/her) is the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at ACTRA National, where she leads the development and implementation of proactive initiatives to support ACTRA’s strategic goals and ensure the long-term sustainability of DEIB efforts on behalf of 28,000 performers across Canada. Previous to her role at ACTRA National, Jenn produced a number of independent shorts as well as a feature film, and held positions including Integrated Producer at Livewire Communications, Unit Manager at Bell Media, and Marketing & Distribution Manager at Union Pictures & Strada Films. She currently sits on the board of BIPOC TV & Film, and is a Mentor in Residence through the Toronto Arts Foundation. After nearly a decade in film, television and agency environments, Jenn is pleased to have shifted her focus to advocating for a more equitable and inclusive Canadian film and television industry.
