Pino has managed over 2000 film, television, and digital media projects over his career and delivered thousands of hours of content. He has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and Audio Engineering degree from the Trebas Institute of Recording Arts, where he was awarded the Pierre Juneau Scholarship.

Beginning his career as Lead Engineer for Cherry Beach Studios he worked at studios throughout Toronto including Sony, CBC, Deluxe Toronto, and Sounds Interchange (now Streamland/Formosa).

In 2004 Pino co-founded POST CITY Picture & Sound as one of Canada's premier, full-service post-production studios where he continues to oversee the successful completion of clients' projects.

The studio delivers theatrical, broadcast, and digital content to clients across the world, including distributors, networks, and streaming platforms. POST CITY prides itself on getting projects seen and sold.

Pino mentors filmmakers at the Toronto Film School, the Canadian Film Centre, and produces select film and television projects. His last film, Save Yourself, sold across Walmart in Canada at the retail level, screened and received awards in the genre festival circuit, and streamed on all major platforms including Amazon Prime, iTunes, and Xbox. He executive-produced other titles including the multi-award winning film Tru Love and The Polar Explorer, which screened at the UN and was directly responsible for environmental and climate policy action.
