Executive Director
Victoria Shen is the Executive Director at the Writers Guild of Canada. She is a labour and human-rights lawyer, and an expert on workplace harassment in the industry. She previously worked at ACTRA and the CMPA. Victoria teaches in the Osgoode Certificate in Entertainment Law and is a former board member of Reelworld and Reel Asian. She is the first person of colour to lead the WGC.
